Return and Refund Policy

​At Aura Lite Store, we value our there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you with a straightforward return and refund process.
​1. 7-10 DAYS RETURN WINDOW
​You have 7 to 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund for any eligible reason. If 10 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
​2. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)
​We take full responsibility if:
​The product delivered is wrong (different from what you ordered).
​The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
​Note: To claim a refund for a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We recommend taking a quick video or photo while unboxing to serve as proof.
​3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
​To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
​In the same condition that you received it.
​Unused and in its original packaging.
​Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
​4. HOW TO START A RETURN
​To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be processed.
​5. REFUND METHOD
​Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
​For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
​Processing Time: It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
